You can visit our website without providing any personal information. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until the revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.
Collection, processing and use of personal data when placing orders
When you place an order, we only collect and process your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill and process your order, as well as to process your inquiries or conclude a contract. Failure to provide this data will result in no contract being concluded. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and is necessary to fulfill a contract with you. Your data will be passed on, for example, to shipping and payment service providers. In all cases, we strictly adhere to legal requirements. The scope of data transmission is limited to a minimum.

We use your e-mail address, regardless of the contract, exclusively for our own promotional purposes to the newsletter, unless you have expressly consented to. The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent until your revocation. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by notifying us. Your e-mail address will then be removed from the mailing list.
Using the e-mail address for sending direct mail
We use your email address, which we received as part of the sale of a product or service, to electronically send advertising for our own products that are similar to those you have already purchased from us, unless you have objected to this use. Providing the email address is necessary to conclude the contract. Failure to provide it will result in no contract being concluded. Forwarding the e-mail address to shipping companies for information about the shipping status

Duration of storage
After completion of the contract, the data is first stored for the duration of the warranty period, then taking into account statutory, especially tax and commercial retention periods and then deleted after the deadline, unless you have consented to the further processing and use.
Rights of the person concerned

Art. 7 (3) GDPR: You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of data at any time with future effect. Upon revocation, we will delete the data in question immediately, unless further processing can be based on a legal basis for processing without consent. The revocation of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the time of revocation.
Art. 15 GDPR: The right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected from us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details.
Art. 16 GDPR: The right to immediately request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us.
Art. 17 GDPR: The right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
Art. 18 GDPR: The right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.
Art. 19 GDPR: You have the right to be informed if you have asserted your right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing vis-à-vis the controller. The controller is obligated to inform all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed of this rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, unless doing so proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed about these recipients.
Art. 20 GDPR: You have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller, where technically feasible.
Right of objection
The personal data processing listed here is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You have the right to object to this processing at any time with future effect for reasons arising from your particular situation. After your objection, the processing of the data in question will be terminated unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Right of appeal to the supervisory authority
Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of data concerning them violates data protection law. This right of complaint may be exercised with the competent supervisory authority of the controller or in the Member State in which the data subject resides.
