The centerpiece: A massive and completely waterproof green roof
A green roof on your bin enclosure is a visual highlight for any front garden. To ensure you enjoy it for years to come, we manufacture the planting roof to the highest quality standards. The tray is solidly welded from 1 mm thick steel sheet and treated twice for maximum corrosion protection: first with a zinc primer and then with a final powder coating.
The structure is secured with rustproof stainless steel screws and connected directly to the drainage system. To guarantee 100% watertightness, we leave nothing to chance: all joints are sealed with special silicone. In addition, we employ professional sealing techniques that are standard practice in flat roof insulation. This ensures that no water can penetrate the interior of the box, keeping the moisture exactly where it benefits your plants.
All elements that can rust over time have been replaced with stainless steel:
- All hinges are made of stainless steel
- All rivets are made of stainless steel
- All screws are made of stainless steel
Powder-coated stainless steel threshold:
- The garbage can box can be anchored to the ground, but if the customer does not want that, then he can only place the garbage can box on the ground
- By using our powder-coated stainless steel threshold, the garbage can box construction is always kept at the same distance from the door opening
- The stainless steel threshold can be scratched, it can lie on the floor and still it will not rust because of the stainless steel
Clever tilting system + Magnetic lock:
- The barrel is securely held in position by a durable, rubber-coated steel cable. A convenient carabiner hook allows the cable to be released with a single movement, making it easy to pull out the full barrel.
- By using neodymium magnets, the door is held very well and can also be opened easily.
Solid base and optional ground anchoring:
Thanks to their robust construction and extremely high weight – especially when the green roof is filled with soil – our bin enclosures are rock-solid and virtually immovable. In most cases, it is therefore not necessary to bolt the enclosure down.
For maximum safety in extreme weather conditions or for personal preference, we also offer the option of permanent installation. Each bin has special mounting brackets with corresponding openings on the bottom. We supply the necessary mounting hardware (high-quality anchors and screws) directly to you. All you need to do is drill the appropriate holes in your ground to securely and permanently anchor the bin to the floor.
Perfect stability on any surface:
Since outdoor ground (such as paving stones, concrete, or asphalt) is rarely perfectly level, our bin enclosures are equipped with a flexible leveling system. To ensure your enclosure always stands perfectly level, we supply two sets of height-adjustable feet as standard: short feet for fine adjustments up to 15 mm, and long feet that easily compensate for height differences of up to 5 cm (50 mm).
For particularly demanding situations or steep slopes, we won't let you down: In such cases, we supply extra-long adjustable feet and modify the stainless steel thresholds so that their height is also precisely adjustable. This guarantees maximum stability under all conditions.
Well-designed green roof with invisible drainage:
- Since the bin enclosure is permanently outdoors, the green roof is exposed to all weather conditions. To prevent your flowers and plants from drowning in heavy rain, our enclosure features a clever, integrated drainage system. Excess rainwater is channeled away through a system of robust plastic pipes. This effectively prevents harmful waterlogging, allowing your plants to thrive without you having to worry in bad weather.
Elegant and rust-free aluminum handles:
- The doors of our bin enclosures are equipped with stylish aluminum handles. These enhance the modern design of the enclosure and are very comfortable to the touch. The biggest functional advantage: the material is 100% rustproof. This ensures that the handles will retain their pristine appearance even after many years outdoors and in all weather conditions, and will never leave unsightly rust marks.

Individual manufacturing and production process:
Since each of our bin enclosures is a high-quality product and individually manufactured according to your specifications, we place the utmost importance on precision. After receiving your order, our designers will first create a detailed production drawing for you.
This drawing details all your specific requirements – such as special colors, the exact order of the lettering on the doors, the position of the hinges, or additional locks. You will receive this document at your leisure to review it.
Only after your explicit approval We will begin production based on your drawing. This ensures that there are no misunderstandings and that you receive exactly the bin enclosure you envision. From the moment you approve the drawing, the actual production takes approximately 14 working days (about 3 weeks) before your finished enclosure is securely packaged and handed over to our shipping company.

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about our bin enclosures
1. How are the bin enclosures delivered? +
Shipping is handled securely by a freight carrier, who will deliver the pallet containing the bin enclosure to your curb. The bin enclosure arrives fully assembled. After delivery, you simply need to unpack it and place it in its final location. Lifting it off the pallet requires two people. To make this as easy as possible, we include special carrying straps. These straps allow two people to comfortably and safely lift the enclosure into place after unpacking.
2. Do I have to assemble the bin enclosure myself? +
No, absolutely not. We ship the bin enclosure fully assembled. After delivery, you simply need to unpack it and place it in its final location.
3. Does the bin enclosure need to be screwed to the ground? +
Not necessarily. Due to their robust construction and high weight (especially when filled with a planting roof), the boxes are extremely stable and virtually impossible to move. However, should you prefer to anchor them firmly to the ground, this is easily done. We supply the necessary anchors and screws, which you can use with the pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the box. You will simply need to drill holes in the ground beforehand.
4. Can I choose a different design for the doors? +
Yes, that's easily possible! Our doors come standard with square cutouts or elegant horizontal lines. However, we are also happy to create custom designs according to your wishes or deliver the doors completely closed (without any openings).
5. Can the opening direction of the doors be changed? +
Yes, we're happy to adjust that for you as well (hinges on the left instead of the right). Simply note this request in the "Comments" field during the ordering process. To ensure everything exactly matches your specifications, we create a technical drawing for approval before production begins for every order. This drawing will accurately reflect all your individual modifications.
6. Can I change the order of the labels on the doors? +
Yes, that's easily possible. Simply specify in the "Comments" field during the ordering process which labels you would like on the doors and in what order (from left to right).
7. Can the bin enclosures be manufactured in a different color? +
Yes, that's possible! We'll gladly check the availability of your desired color. If the paint is available, we can manufacture your box in your individual color for an additional charge of €60 (gross).
8. Can the doors be fitted with different handles? +
Yes, that's also possible. If you prefer a specific handle, we simply need a photo (or a link) of the desired model so we can source it for you. Please note that there will be an additional charge, which depends on the purchase price of the respective handle.
9. Can the doors be ordered with locks? +
Yes, that's easily doable. Upon special request, we can equip the doors with a robust triangular lock (similar to those used on electrical or distribution boxes). The surcharge for this option is €20 per lock. If you would like this additional locking mechanism, please simply indicate this in the "Comments" field during the ordering process.
10. How does the water drainage work in a green roof? +
Our planters with green roofs feature a clever, integrated drainage system made of plastic pipes. Excess rainwater is reliably drained away to protect your plants from harmful waterlogging. In addition, the roof is sealed completely watertight using professional flat roof sealing technology and silicone.
11. How do I properly maintain the bin enclosure? +
Our boxes are optimally protected against the elements thanks to their powder coating and zinc base, and are extremely easy to care for. If they get dirty, simply wiping them with clean water or a mild detergent and a soft cloth is usually sufficient. Harsh chemicals or abrasives are not necessary.

Care Tips
- Clean with commercially available, gentle cleaning agents, e.g. window glass cleaner, and a soft cloth and wipe dry after wet wiping.
- To avoid scratches, do not use cleansing milk.
- Copper or chrome elements should be polished with specially developed products.
Safety
- Be careful when unpacking and installing. When unpacking, please cut through the packaging carefully so that the paintwork is not damaged.
- Be careful when installing. Please move the garbage can box either on small trolleys or with at least two people.
- When closing the garbage can lid, please make sure that no fingers or other body parts remain in between, otherwise there is a risk of crushing
