To facilitate transport and make on-site assembly as efficient as possible, we manufacture the 4V table frame as a well-designed, modular system for easy self-assembly. The entire structure rests on an innovative connection system.
The central adapter The central hub of the entire frame is a solid, centrally positioned adapter. All the forces acting on the massive tabletop converge in this component. It ensures perfect weight distribution and maximum stability for the entire structure. A subtle Cover It conceals the connecting elements and ensures a clean, minimalist look under the table.
Screwing together the 4 V-legs Assembling the basic frame is intuitive and requires no special tools:
Direct fixation: The four massive V-legs, made from robust 80×40 mm steel profile, are screwed directly onto the central adapter.
The custom-designed pull-out system for maximum flexibility
A special feature of the 4V table frame is the individual customization of the mechanism. We don't use standard, off-the-shelf solutions, but calculate and manufacture the tabletop extensions precisely to fit your specific tabletop size.

Precision-cut extension rails: The length, extension range, and load-bearing capacity of the rails are precisely matched to the dimensions and weight of your solid wood tabletop. This prevents the table from sagging or becoming unstable when extended.
Seamless integration: The pull-out system is integrated directly into the upper reinforcement frame (made of 80×20 mm profiles). This ensures a compact design and allows the panel compartment (the storage area for the insert panels) to be concealed within the structure.
Smooth mechanics: Thanks to the precise adjustment to the weight of the main panels, the table can later be extended effortlessly and without jamming. The high-quality guide mechanism guarantees smooth operation – whether you extend the table only occasionally or daily.
