  • The base plate as foundation: You choose the size of the lower steel plate (8 mm solid) based on the desired counterweight and stability. The final price of your Stelaża is primarily calculated based on this element.

  • Custom-made reinforcement frame: Once the base is finalized, we custom-make the upper reinforcement frame for your tabletop. This frame is crucial to prevent the tabletop from sagging.

  • Precise proportions for maximum stability: * In length: The reinforcement frame is usually 30 cm to 100 cm longer than the base plate, in order to achieve optimal weight distribution.

    • In width: For a secure hold, we widen the frame on each side by 10 cm to 20 cm opposite the base plate.

For example, a table top measuring 300cm x 120cm fits an IRON V03 table frame measuring 160cm x 50cm x 72cm. The reinforcement frame can then be 260cm x 80cm.

Which table frame size fits my wooden table top?

If you have a wood panel If it has one, then it may be approximately 40cm – 60cm larger than the reinforcement frame.

3. Can I combine multiple tabletops to create one large surface on the IRON-V03?

Yes, the system is optimized for modular tabletops (e.g., 3 x 2m for a 6m table). The reinforcement frame is custom-made with pre-drilled holes. For XXL sizes, the frame is supplied with attachable side panels, ensuring maximum stability and easy transport.
4. Can I mount a stone slab on the IRON-V03?

Yes, the IRON-V03 frame is ideal for stone slabs. We manufacture a frame for it without pre-drilled holes. It is mounted by gluing. The jointing method from below is particularly recommended, as it is stable and allows for easy separation of the slab from the frame, if necessary, by cutting through the adhesive joint with a utility knife.
