Solid construction & perfect details
The VERA table frame impresses not only with its design, but also with its intelligent technology. We use massive 80 x 80 mm steel profiles, which in a unique Double X shape are welded together crosswise.
The four interconnected profiles ensure enormous rigidity – nothing wobbles here, even with solid stone or wood slabs.
Stable reinforcement frame made of 80 x 20 mm profile
For wooden tabletops: Thanks to precise laser drilling, the fastening screws are invisibly recessed into the profile. The position and type of holes are flexibly selectable.
Regarding stone tabletops: Here we supply the frame with a closed surface (without holes) to ensure an optimal base for gluing the panel.
The difference compared to conventional racks: While simple X-frames often tend to vibrate when used with heavy tabletops, ours eliminates this problem. double cross connection This problem is completely solved. Which size should I choose?
For the VERA table frame, you select the size in the shop. baseplate (of the base). You don't need to worry about the stability and assembly of your tabletop – we'll take care of that for you!
Our service: The upper frame will be adjusted We always customize the upper reinforcement frame to the size of your tabletop. You choose the look of the base, we guarantee its structural integrity.
A calculation example: They have a tabletop with the dimensions 220 cm length x 100 cm width.
Your selection in the shop: For this slab size, we recommend a base plate of 120 x 50 cm or 140 x 50 cmThis proportion looks best and provides the necessary stability.
Our production: We then automatically manufacture the upper reinforcement frame to a larger size (e.g., to approximately...). 160x70cm or 180x70cmThis ensures that your panel is optimally supported and that the overhang at the ends is not too large (max. 20–40 cm per side as seen from the frame).
And finally ... Choose the base plate to match the look (not too small, not too bulky) – we will design the appropriate substructure for your wooden panel.

Important for stone, granite and ceramic slabs:
Unlike wood, stone slabs require a significantly larger contact area to prevent cracks or breaks. As a rule of thumb: The stone slab may protrude a maximum of 20 cm on each side beyond the reinforcement frame. For sensitive or thin types of stone, we even recommend an overhang of only 10 cm.
How to order correctly: Simply select the following in the shop Size of the base plate, which you find visually appealing (e.g., 120 x 50 cm). Please provide us with the exact dimensions of your stone slab in the order comments or via email. We will then manufacture the upper reinforcement frame then individually and with millimeter precision for the safety of your panel.
A calculation example: They have a stone slab from 220 x 100 cm.
You select the base plate in the shop: 120 x 50 cm (for the optics).
We manufacture the upper frame to approximately... 180 x 70 cm (for stable granite) or even on 200 x 80 cm (for delicate stone).
This ensures that the panel rests securely everywhere and that the overhang remains minimal (10–20 cm).

The perfect table height – we adjust the frame!
To ensure you sit comfortably, a dining table should have... Total height of approximately 76 cm Since stone slabs are often thinner than wooden slabs (e.g., only 2 or 3 cm), we will adjust the height of the table frame individually for you – at no extra charge.
An example: you have one 3 cm thick stone slab.
Our standard frame height of 72 cm would be too low here (total only 75 cm).
Our solution: We make the frame extra taller 73 cm
Result: 73 cm frame + 3 cm plate = 76 cm is the ideal table height.

After your order, a production drawing will be created for your approval

Is the table frame delivered in one piece?
Yes. The frame is fully welded and is delivered as a complete, stable unit. No tedious assembly is required.
How does delivery take place?
We ship the frame securely packaged on a Disposable pallet via freight carrier. Delivery is made "free to the curb", meaning the shipping company will leave the pallet in front of your house.
Can I have the upper frame modified (e.g., slotted holes)?
Yes. Because we manufacture ourselves, we can precisely position additional mounting openings or elongated holes in the reinforcement frame according to your specifications. Just write to us!
Is a custom color possible?
Yes. In addition to our standard colors, we can powder-coat the frame in your desired RAL color. The surcharge for this is a flat fee. 50,00 €.
How do I properly attach my tabletop?
That depends on the material:
Stone/Granite: The frame is closed at the top. We recommend using special mounting adhesive for metal and stone.
Wood: Use wood screws (approx. 4,5 mm diameter). Important: Make sure you use the correct length (e.g. 20–30 mm depending on the thickness of the board) so that the screw does not go through the tabletop.
