2013
Company Formation
Our company was founded in 2013 by Robert and Wiera Guretzki. In the first year we already implemented large projects for TAKKO Fashion, among others. At the beginning of our activity we managed the projects in a group of cooperative companies. This enabled us to implement large orders quickly and inexpensively.
2016
factory purchase
In 2016 we bought a small factory (approx. 1500 m²) where we now manufacture most of our products ourselves. Our versatility and our production site in Mielec, Poland with low manufacturing costs, made it possible to produce even small series with a high level of manual effort cost-effectively and reliably.
ISO 9001
In 2016 we were certified according to ISO 9001.
2020
RWGMETAL brand
The RWGMETAL brand was founded in 2020. RWG is an abbreviation of Robert and Wiera Guretzki. Since 2020 we have been producing design products for indoor and outdoor use under our RWGMETAL brand.
2023 - 2024
Machinery
In 2023 and 2024, we expanded our machine park to include a 3D laser system and welding robots. Since then, our designers have been creating CAD drawings and programs, and these are implemented quickly and precisely on the machines.
Employees
Employment in our company is increasing from year to year. We currently employ around 40 people.

Competences
Metal construction is our strength. Depending on requirements, we process steel, aluminum or stainless steel and integrate plastic or wood into the products. We offer you the desired surface finish such as powder coating, galvanization or chrome. We are happy to advise you and realize your complex projects with the highest quality.
laser cutting of metal sheets
Our fiber laser machine, built in 2019, allows us to cut steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheets in 3000 mm x 1500 mm format. This enables high-precision cutting, drilling and engraving. We also use the system to perforate profiles. If required, finished components can be further processed into main components or products by bending, welding and powder coating.
Laser cutting of metal pipes and profiles
Our modern pipe laser enables pipe processing with the highest precision up to 80mm pipe diameter. By using the pipe laser, we can design and then cut your projects quickly and precisely. By using our 3D laser, we and the customer are sure that the dimensional specifications are adhered to in production.
Laser cutting of plastics, wood, cardboard
Our CO2 laser machine, built in 2018, allows us to cut plastics, plywood, cardboard, leather, etc. in 3000 mm x 1200 mm format. This enables high-precision cutting, drilling and engraving. Finished components can be further processed into main components or products by bending and gluing if required.
TIG and MAG welding
We weld steel using MAG or TIG processes, aluminum using TIG and stainless steel using both TIG and MAG processes. We produce individual pieces, do series production or even produce small series for you. Of course, we can also build prototypes for you.
Precise laser welding
One of our newest welding machines is the laser welding machine. During laser welding, the metal material is fused together. This process enables extremely precise welds with minimal heat impact on the surrounding material. The small and beautiful welds are the result of our laser welding machine.
Automatic welding with welding robots
Our welding robot is a welding cobot. The cobot works like a robot but is much easier to program. We use our welding cobot primarily in medium and large series production.
hydraulic press brake
Many operations in our product manufacturing are carried out by punching, bending and cutting with eccentric presses, hydraulic presses and press brakes using tools manufactured in our own tool shop.
pipe and wire bending
We manufacture pipe and wire bent parts made of steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The pipes are cold formed or shaped into the desired form using either a mandrel bending machine or a rolling machine with three rollers.
presses and punches
Many operations in our product manufacturing are carried out by punching, bending and cutting with eccentric presses, hydraulic presses and press brakes using tools manufactured in our own tool shop.
lathe work
We make turned parts for our products on our conventional lathes. For larger series, the turned parts are made on a CNC lathe.
powder coating
Coating of small and large series. - Maximum part size: length 4500mm; width 1200mm; height 2000mm. - Part pretreatment: degreasing and (sandblasting on customer request) We coat for you: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel parts. We can coat according to RAL, of course NCS and other special colors are also possible.
